How do I contact a seller?

Open the listing and send a short note. They receive it by email and can reply to you directly.

Are pets or items guaranteed?

No. You deal with the seller. Meet in public, inspect the animal or item, and verify records before you pay. See Safety.

I lost or found a pet. Is this the right site?

No. Use LostPet.com for lost and found. PetTrader.com is for buying and selling.

How do I take a listing down?

Sign in, open your listings, and delete it or mark it sold (coming next). Or contact us.
